I think it's unhealthy in that you are waxing off a hell of an asset! A lot of women find body hair on a man immensely attractive - waxing is just a huge turn-off.

Unhealthy -- I suppose not, unless the pain raises your blood pressure too much. And I think it shows a mentally unhealthy preoccupation with your own body image. But there are a lot of other words I might use: vain, unmanly, masochistic, etc.
As a woman I would not be interested in a man who was so into himself that he did something like that.

Not unhealthy but i find a hairy body a kind of turn on.
Besides when the hair grows back its brittle and spikey and not too nice.

It all depends on where the waxing is taken place personally i don't like hairy chests or backs, it's kind of weird to me to see a man with no pubic hair but what ever floats your boat

No not at all although I prefer hairy chests my hubbie gets his back waxed cos bach hair is just not attractive unless your a female silver back lol go for it.

Some Body Hair is nice but not on your back, that's for sure.
I just use Nair on my back and butt. But, I don't get overly hairy like some men do.
