I was at the pool yesterday and these neds were spitting big phlegmy spits at each other and nobody stopped them, so I freaked at them (was quite proud of myself!)

I can understand your rage at something like that. I would of done something too. How gross is that?
Ya don't have to push very hard for me to go off but I do try to keep it at a low roar for the most part.

I don't know, I have never cracked... well once I did fall of a chair when I was little and cracked open my head. But no one has pushed me far enough to crack me open...
