in the check i found his social security number, my son wants to find him and see him before he leaves on june to the Marines, we dont have any money to pay on line can I find him through his social security number? he never gave my son anything but I think he is in florida otherwise I would not have receive the check, I do not want my son to look for him but is his choice to want to see him and I have to respect that. can someone give me any ideas on how to look for him I think he is in Miami.

Did you think of hiring a private detective? It may cost you, so you need to think about if it's really worth the hassle. My dad gave my mom $20 a month for my sister and I. I wouldn't want to find a person like that, but it's your son's choice now that he's 18. I wish him luck.

It's best if your son looks for him instead of you. He is an adult now. The fastest way is online, and it is especially easy with a social security number. The cost should be about $40. or less.
