What are the circumstances? It cold be a weak battery in your key.

sounds like the alarm has a short or was installed improperly you can go take it in and get it looked at. they will be able to tell you better. if you bought it from the dealer i would take it to the dealer but if not then just take it to a regular body repair shop. might be best to call around to places instead of driving all over.

Try checking all the room light switches placed at the doors side. or maybe you have to reset the sensitivity level of the alarm system.
