Our schools have Key Club (community organization); FCCLA (Future Career & Community Leaders); Scholastic Bowl, etc. If they're good in school and have good grades, have them offer as a tutor or younger kids. Kids relate to kids. Schools have several clubs. If you're looking outside of school, instead of a "club", get him/her into volunteering (at a nursing home, homeless shelter, etc). I guarantee that several states already have and it is coming to a lot of schools where it will be a mandatory graduation requirement to have so many hours of community service.. Besides, often, volunteering can lead to job offers, etc.

Well in Memphis we have like clubs, well actually the real adult clubs but some nights it's no i d required and a lot of teens are there. So if there is something like that in your area go to that and make the best of it, and be safe.
Also there is always the bowling alley, so fun when ur wit friends.
GO to the mall grab a bite to eat, buy a cute shirt. lol n e thing jus have fun.
