Spain is a very big country and you have not given an area where you would like to be.
For the Costa del Sol there are usually jobs printed in this newspaper, also if you look in the property section under classifieds you will get an idea of how much accommodation is likely to cost.

try www.wemply.com or www.jobtoasterspain.com. also try www.surinenglish.com and go to the classified section online and look up employment. there will be pleanty of bar jobs now easter is coming. good luck
