kobe has not reached the status of mj... not even larry bird, isaiah thomas, magic johson, kareem abdul jabbar, not even pat ewing, john stockton and karl malone...
don't overrate him...

He's definitely the best since MJ. I've watched interviews with NBA players and most of them agree too. You can watch some of 'em on youtube. Anyway, after all is said and done I'm sure he'll be remembered as the best player in NBA history. People seem to equate Jordan to God or something. But I remember watching Jordan play and he had his fair share of shots getting blocked, losing the ball while dribbling, and I remember seeing some of his passes go wide. He didn't win the championship every year he was in the league. I also remember everyone calling him a ball hog. But as soon as he retired everyone forgot about all that and just called him the best. So, is but is Kobe better? I don't know. All I know is he's pretty close.

Are you kidding? The best player ever is Michael Jordan. I would love to see a one-on-one game with these two just to see who would prevail. I know Micheal's older but I bet he can still play.
