Try ccleaner from www.cleaner.com check issues.
You have already deleted the file. Try empty Recyle bin.
it should go. If not try Restore. Rename it and delete.

It could be that you plugged in an external hard drive & deleted something on it before unplugging the external hdd. The recycle bin on your desktop is your main hdd's recycler folder, so after unplugging the external hdd, the files aren't there anymore to delete, as they were in the external hdd's recycler folder. Just restart your computer.

Safe mode .... start>run type msconfig and choose diagnostic from the general tabe and ok then restart ur computer and delete the files and do not forget to do all over again but choose normal instead of diagnostic ... and also do not forget my 10 points as best answer lol

you go into safe mode by restarting your computer and hitting F-11 (I think) on your keyboard. You will want to go into safe mode with networking.

click on recyle bin. click on file then click on empty recycle bin

try routing the command line through the serial bus. then you should be able to delete it.
