If you don't care about losing the person as a friend go ahead , but it will most definitely affect your friendship.SEX changes everything. If you think you could get married & be happy together it might work, but if it's just sex you want find it elsewhere.

I put off going out with my best friend, for almost a year then I saw him with another girl and was so mad, We went on our first official date the following weekend. We've been together ever since, Now almost 10 years married nine and have 2 kids. We are still best friends with so much more.

So your idea is that if you have a good friend you should not go out?
Why not?
Is there some rule saying you can only meet at home when you're friends?
I often meet my friends in town, we go out, have dinner and a few drinks and a laugh - it's great. Why should you only do that with people you don't know???

It is, of course, possible. It will affect the friendship as it will become, in one fell swoop, a relationship. If you and a friend have the chemistry to date, do it and enjoy it. One advantage is that you will both already know the other person.

Know!!! Don't do that.. If y'all break up it is going to be bad.. your relationship is going to change for ever... No more bf's. Trust I had experience. Were not friends anymore and it sucks I wish I never had a relationship with him. Cuz i miss his friendship
