Education, more after school programs for children, YMCA, YWCA. Basically people need to stop looking down on those who are less fortunate. Try to help someone you know who is from the inner city if you can financially. PAY IT FORWARD!

The people in the community working together to make their homes a better place. Help form outside has left people feeling powerless and dependent, and has obviously not worked.

send over the marines to handle the drug and gang problem. throughly clean up the streets, revise old buildings, offer more education programs and grants. update the schools. take down some of the liquor store, gun stores and turn them into gyms and other productive businesses
