Business looking to upgrade copier. Would love to be able to copy 24" x 30" plans without reducing. Currently have to reduce to 11" x 17". Output size larger than 11x 17 but smaller than 24 x 30 would still be better.

Not really looking for a copier that connects to the computer, but that wouldn't be a bad thing, either.

You can get 36" copiers from Xerox, Oce', Ricoh, and several other manufacturers.
If you have a plotter to print your plans on you might consider purchasing a 36" scanner instead of a copier, especially if you are a smaller office with little storage space. Scanning the plans in will allow you to store your plans electronically and you can use your plotter to print out the stored image. The cheapest scanner though starts at around $8,000 from Ideal/Contex http://www.ideal.com

Wow, isn't easier to get a Plotter Printer and a Large Flatbed Scanner ?
Also, some Large Plotter's will also double as a scanner
