I went to a 70's fancy dress party a good while ago & loved dressing up in 70's gear. For the hair you can either have an affro or put a few little plaits or braids in your hair with coloured beads & then put a headband round the top of your head. As for make up, fake eyelashes that look like they've got lots of mascara on, black eyeliner, silver or blue glittery eyeshadow, pink lippy, lots of blusher & huge coloured sunglasses !

the hair is big and makes a statement. The make up is big to and dramatic. Big long full eye lashes and bright colours red full lips, bright eye shadow think blue, purple and pink layer two colours on your eyes have blue on the bottom and a lighter colour in top or if your feeling daring try another strong colour on top as well. All so think shiny wear silver eye shadow or metallic eye shadows or if your don't use that use glitter on the upper lids. Think disco.

back in the 70's, they always used blue eye shadow, bronzer and bright pink lipstick. check an episode of that 70's show. it's pretty accurate. laurie who s erics sister is a great example.

i think glitter eye shadow and very bright eyeshadow were very popular. and bright lipstick.

also for hair high quiffs are very stylish. and crimped hair. good luck with the whole 70s thing. you will look really cool
