ive traveled a lot and do wink to goodlooking girls regularly. i dont know whether its inapproppriate in egylpt but it certainly isnt in chile --im chilean, nor in argentina, australia, japan and norway. dont know either whether its so in india, but if u learn the phrase "up kay seh heh, up bouth koopsorat high" which is just like winking --how are u, ur so beautiful!, ull make every girl melt away just like i did in india!!! so id say dont try to do as romans do when in rome! just be urself and see. if an egyptian beauty tells u its inappropriate just tell her its ur way to tell her shes just gorgeous... shell like that just like any other girl in the planet would! course, if her 200lbs bf tells u that... RUN!!!!!
