if i use a slendertone for half a hour everyday will i notice any difference?

Yes they do work
but you have to keep on at it.
Once happy (if us woman are ever happy) then you could drop it to every other day or so.

Yes - they work very well but as soon as you stop using them. HELLO flabby bits
