After completing 12th you will have to write CPT (Common Proficiency Test). Once you pass that you have to do PCC. Under this new scheme of CA it is difficult to do Bcom side by side since you are required to do articleship under a CA during your PCC. Bcom can be done through correspondence though....

Yes you can do it. But the exams' may clash and CA requires very concerted effort. After Higher Secondary, you are required to appear for a qualifying exam'.

yes, of course. You need to qualify in the qualifying test. Also, it is so demanding and be careful about your college timings and study hours.
