Okay, I started working at Whataburger on the 7th and I've been working ever since. They JUST gave me my paychek yesterday because we get paid every Monday because they told me that they didn't have my paycheck on the 12th. They paid me for the 1st week I worked and not from the 13th to the 18th. Is that normal, or should I bring it up with them?

Yes, that's normal. Most business hold your paycheck a week behind so they have time to process the hours, cut the checks and deliver them. Also, this gives them time to sort out any errors on time, etc. Your next check should cover the 13th - 18th if I'm understanding correctly. If you're still a little confused, ask your boss to explain their "work week".

for that week you should get paid a week behind so next monday you should recieve that week... If all else fails just ask the manager how the checks are written...
