Men cheat for the same reason as women. Most dont feel they are getting the attention they want and seek it elsewhere. It is important in a marriage to show the person you are married to that they are number 1 to you and this will normally stop the cheating thing. Men and women arent that different and normally the answer is not as complicated as people try and make it seem.

I could say," Not all married men cheat, only those who shouldn't have gotten married to begin with." That may not be true. I think there is always the possibility of someone cheating, male or female... Alcohol may play a part in it, not being of sound mind at the time. Many times people have cheated because they were going through a bad time in thier relationship..which doesn't make anything better, only worse. Some have cheated to get even with the other mate who has cheated on them..Two wrongs don't make a right. There could be numerous reasons a person could give for the mistake of cheating on the person they are with. If the wife is constantly belittling him, badgering him, making him feel useless and unloved... Maybe he will look for comfort from another woman to build him up and feel the love he isn't finding at home.I guess I have covered the bases that come to my mind about this question. This covers male and female... It go's both ways. She may cheat for the same reasons... Some people aren't meant to be married to begin with. If you can't get through the ups and downs of your marriage without cheating on each other, thats a BIG problem. God Bless...

My husband cheated due to lack of attention, affection and sex. Men crave attention from their wife. They love to have their ego stroked. I simply stopped doing that. So he found someone who give him the attention, affection, and sex that I wasnt giving. Treat your husband like it was your wedding day/night all the time. And it isnt all about sex, either. Its the little stolen kisses here and there, the pat on the butt when you think noone is looking, the caress to his cheek, hug him often, tell him how handsome he is, how funny he is, how much you love him. Let him hold you in bed when you sleep. Make him feel desired and needed and wanted. But dont come across as being too needy. Flirt with him. Be sexy, be mysterious. take care of yourself and your home and his children. Cook for him, surprise him. Be spontaneous. Its hard work being a good wife, but if you have a good husband, its worth it. I wish I could do it all over again. I had a good husband and totally took him for granted, and never thinking in a million years he would cheat, but he did, and looking back, I cant really say that I blame him.

Boredom in the bedroom. Or, no action from the wife. Some wives cut-off the husband so what is a man to do?

Woman cheat too. This is the reason that I am still single. I don't think I can trust my man and most importantly I can't trust myself.
