http://www.glorywrestling.com/gg/LadyTiaVonSutton/LTVS.asp this is the link to my GF's sight and i think an actual professional wrestler knows a little more about wrestling than most. i understand that benoit is a great technical wrestler and i understand that cena did not train in the same places as benoit. but saying i do not know what i am talking about is simply absurd. the STFU and the crossface are both modifications on the exact same move. one locks the arm one lock the leg and both use the head to bend the body backwards and put pressure on the area being assaulted. sorry for not really answering this question but you asked me a quesiton and do not allow emails i do. would love to chat about wreslting. o and my GF says your a mark.

Yes...finally another Edge fan like myself....its hard being around John Cena fans all the time.....man...Edge is the man...and he teamed up w/ Randy Orton who is cool as well....they are/"were" the perfect tag team......

he is only funny coz he and randy orton make fools of themselves!!!! instead of faking an injury he should have got in that ring and earned respect by fighting instead of cheating for once!
