I think it's pretty expensive, but there are probably agencies that pay for women or help offset the costs.
For all the people making personal comments to this girl, she's not after an abortion, and guess what? Nobody likes abortion, not even pro-choicers, but they believe it is a called for in certain situations.

First Planned Parenthood do not perform abortions they just give out free condoms, and help with other birth control. Yes abortions cost. If you find one that is free or cheap....RUN...you know the saying "you get what you pay for".
I never had a abortion but I think they go on how far along you are, if you want to be put to sleep or not. You'll need to call a clinic and ask them how much it would cost. I am not sure about this but I believe they start at around $350-$400.

In TN it costs about 370 for the percedure and like 50 dollars for the follow up check up. And insurance will not pay for it, unless the fetus is in danger, other than that it's your choice. It hurts bad and you may regret it later not only cause of the money but cause the way it makes your body feel. Look in your city phone look up abortions and call around.

It is just like a DNC and that can cost up to $3500.00. Yes they all cost money just not enough I think it should cost a heck of alot more than that.. this is how the doctor performing the act gets paid. Got to have something to ease their conscience.
Here check out this site.. you can see what they will be doing.
Yeah yeah the women's choice.. well it should be only a choice if you are raped or it is medically necessary and I believe that you should have to prove it with police or hospital reports. Otherwise adoption should be the only choice they have. Abortions are not Birth Control!!

Like any medical procedure there will be some cost involved. How much can vary for any number of reasons. If you or someone you know is concerned about their ability to pay, a place like Planned Parenthood may be able to find a location that works on a sliding scale. That is, they charge based on your ability to pay, and then find other ways to make up the difference.

I live in Kalamazoo. Planned parenthood charges about $400 for the complete procedure, including a consultation and check up afterward. I believe they will also give you free birth control (pills, iud insert, etc) afterward.

All abortions cost money... The price is determined on how far along you are. If its during your first trimester (0-12wks) it can start at around $500.00 and up. To all the anti-abortionist you can't speak until your in the other persons' shoes so keep all your ignorant judgement to yourselves. But I've been in those shoes... So before you do make that a definite choice you might want to look up "post-abortion syndrome" (P.A.S.) If you continue to go on with the procedure please do research on the office you decide to go to... Find some where safe. Trust me.
