Very easy. When you call, and you get the Indian Call Centre, say "Sprechen sie Deutsch?"
The Indians, who don't speak German, will transfer you back to another call center where they speak fluent English.

Why do you think that the person is an Indian ?
Now foreign nationals are also employed in India .
by both Indian and Foreign companies.
If you are particular, ask the person to connect to a
person of your choice/language.
By the way Indians also learn German/French/Spanish/Italian
Russian etc and you may get a response in your language..
It is a small world !

Just get an Indian person to call for you. They will automatically be given someone they don't understand as well. You may have a better chance. Or maybe not. It's all chance, really.

Have you tried asking ? I've worked with offshore contact centres for 6 years and there is always an alternative if you ask, usually people are too racist to hang on though
