man, you got the rumor totally wrong. when he first came out marilyn manson was said to be paul phifer from the wonder years. both are from ohio and if you look at old photos, there is a pretty good resemblence.

No. The actor who played Kevin on "Mr. Belvedere" is Rob Stone. Marilyn Manson, as we all know, is the stage name for Brian Warner.
I don't believe they're even close in age: by now, Stone would be in his 40s (depending on how old he was during the show's run, back in the 1980s), and I believe Warner (aka Manson) is still in his 30s. At any rate, they are two different people.
