Conservatives, what is the worst generalization you have seen about your political ideology that has been stated by your opposition?
I have asked this question of liberals as well.

That we're all fundamentalist evangelical biblical literalists who think the USA was founded upon Christianity (which it was not), that the 10 Commandments are the foundation of all western law (which they are not), and that school led prayer imposed on our children would be good for the country.

A generalization is only as good as that to which it is applied is in compliance. Therefore, one that utilizes generalizations is making stabs in the dark.
Stabs in the dark have purposes, but intelligent debate isn't one of them.

The name calling, by anyone on either side, does nothing to further the debate in any intelligent way. Principals, facts, history, would serve us better. Don't you think so?

Being called Nazis.
The liberals have WAY more in common with the Nazi ideals than the conservatives do.
The Nazis were for gun control, separating society into groups that could be pitted against each other, restricting speech, banning books and ideas with which they didn't agree, government education for the masses, etc.

That we are heartless due to a desire to make people accountable for their actions or lack there of and that we are rich. Neither applies to me. I do not think it is heartless to stop illegal immigration and stop the funding of the illegals. If we allow the trend to continue we are allowing the illegals to be exploited, the downfall of our schools, the introduction of epidemics that have been controlled here for years, and the fall of our economy. I don't think it is heartless to cut funding to people who chose not to work or chose to drop out of school and therefore can't find good work. We are the people who are responsible for ourselves and our kids. It should not be your job to raise my kids

Conservatives are no longer adhering to the ideal of conservatism... they are in reality a far reaching radical demagogues.
They have no positive agenda for the US.
