Vent uncontrollably! Fortunately, even my uncontrolled venting is moderate. Except, maybe, when I'm ranting about the war in Iraq (I want to win -- okay, rant ends).

I have been "spanked" because of "venting" on this site. The punishment was.... they deactivated my email account, my 360° site and my Yahoo! Answers account. I lost over 14,000 YA points. I have not even bothered with trying to create another 360 page. I wouldn't say that I have been "taught" anything except to use an alternate yahoo ID when using this site. The punishment of losing months of work is actually quite severe considering the violation. To answer your question, I am using a little more self control now, but I do feel that some people just need to be told that they're way out of line.... in a polite way, of course.

Vent uncontrollably! Unfortunately this site seems to bring ot the worst in me.
I've changed my Avatar, which is so not like me at all, My comments are getting more and more nasty, I've become a bit antagonistic at times and even say things I would otherwise keep to myself.
Ok, so I'm full of piss and vinegar! DEAL WITH IT! LOL!

I try not to vent too much here. I use 360 sometimes but venting usually happens in the bedroom with a pillow over my head.

Yes, in my opinion, this site helps teach self control. As an example, it makes me be more concise in my answers.

I do find myself venting every now and then. But its nice sometimes to see that someone is just as irritated over something as I am.
