I wanna software(full version) for converting all my music files to Mp3 format. Pls inform me if you see one?

You don't have to buy anything! If you are using Windows Media Player, simply right click the song(s) you want to convert and and select "Send To". Choose "Windows Media Converter". There you can change the format to MP3. I think iTunes will do it too.

just type convertor+mp3 in the search engine and see the long long results...

you can chose rhapsody by real.com or downloading converter.
