My fiances penis pops like a knuckle (at the base) it doenst hurt him at all. Im just wondering if this happens to anyone else, and if it can cause any kind of damage? He has been able to do this for years.

i would definately get that checked out. my penis has never popped, and if it ever did, i would cry and go to a doctor. not normal, no, nothin about that is normal. penis shouldnt make sounds on its own......

yes it can happen when you are having sex! i think it is a ligament or tendon.
