I buy them on ebay for my maverics all the time. You are not SELLING them for more than face value, people are OFFERING you more than face value

Yes, it depends on the state rules. Plus the specific event might have its own rules. I know University of Michigan football prohibits you selling anything in the state of Michigan unless you have a liscense.

depends on the state, different states have different rules.

Florida and New York are pretty strict. NY is definately the worst.

if it was illegal, ebay would ban the listings. (they don't let you sell a kidney on ebay)
