I know what you are talking about. The stuff to fill in and insulate cracks! The answer is you dont, that stuff is pure evil. I got it on my hands and the only way it comes off is over time. You can also scrub your hands with steel wool too. You either have to rub it off or let it rub off over time. There is no chemical to remove it that would not also remove the skin off your hands.

Been there, done that. Almost impossible to get it off with anything but time. I tried gas, diesel, rubbing alcohol, sand, and acetone. I had to let it wear off. I learned to use the plastic gloves that came with the kits I bought.

go to home depot or a hardware store. They have stuff for this, some safe for skin, some not.
