my pc is pentiumeIII compaq despro en 664mhz. 24bit only colour . I need 32 or more please help me

If what the first answer suggests does not work (some older cards will not do 32bit)...then you will need a new video adapter.
Your PC has an AGP slot & a better card won't cost must at all.

If you have an AGP slot for video, then its a matter of upgrading to a better video card.

Start/Comtrol Panel/Display properties
Try to change the color settings in this page.
and screen resoultion
.
If not possible ...../settings/advanced
go through the menu.
You may have to check your display adaptor/driver update

Right click on the backround. go to properties left click, click on the display tab, click on advance and download the newest video driver for your computer.
