people??don´t you like Brazil???or you don´t want to spend money here???please i´m talking about that ´cause i learned americam english and british is terrible very ugly english!!!!!!

the british english is not too complete as american english is.....i can´t understand what they say...they "eat" any words they are too much cute that´s beautyful but have time it annoy you they speak to slow that i almost sleep.....

The British English is the best in the World .
Many Americans cannot have a disgusting accent .(um sotaque horrivel)!

Wow, okay. There are lots of Americans in Brazil, I have family members who have been down there to do mission work. It is a great country in some ways. It depends on where you live also, you might be in an area that tourists don't often visit. Also, if you are saying British English is bad, you are making me laugh, because Americans wouldn't even speak English if they hadn't come from Britain in the first place. I actually like the way the British talk, but I'm glad you like American English, I've never heard someone pick American English over British English. Interesting question. All of the Americans I know who have been to Brazil love it. When Americans leave the US, they usually go to Mexico or Europe. I wish more would go to Latin America as the people are not only cultural but humble. I don't understand why anyone would want to waste their money in France. The Americans down there are probably staying at the same hotels.

Ugly english???? You do know that britian, where the british come from is also England, where English comes from, the language i mean, i don;t have a complete grasp of it but i think this is true. Maybe we shold all speak American.

I think it has something to do with terrorism. Americans are careful at the moment. I was in Brazil , Rio de Janeiro.

I won't go there because behind all the tourist fluff and glitz there's tragedy brewing behind the scenes. Are street children still being killed or rounded up and being moved out of the way so the tourists don't see the brutal poverty that exists there?

We don't travel much 10% w/ passports. They tend to stick in the country...
