Can anyone suggest any alternative methods to help pregnancy? Supplements, meditations, ANYTHING that helped? We're 16 months trying, supposed to start Clomid in May if not pregnant by then, just exhausting other options first!!!
Thanks :)

Dont try too hard---you will stress yourself out
Have sex occasionally for fun and not as a "job"
Dont have sex too often (it will lower his sperm count)
Make sure you and he are both 100% healthy
Eat right
Nether one of you should Smoke or Drink alcohol
Pay attention to any OTC or prescribed medicine you both are taking as they can affect fertility
Pray ;)

Either way...Good Luck and best wishes to the both of you!

Taking Charge of your Fertility tells you to chart. Ovulation predicter kids work well too.

Honestly, I have heard a lot of great things about Clomid. I hope it works out well for you. In the mean time, you can post at www.babycenter.com under the birth club for the month you hope to be due, for example right now it would be dec/Jan for you. Or you can post on the trying to conceive board. I do hope you are a member of www.fertilityfriend.com as well. At babycenter, you can talk to women in the same boat as you and can go through the time together. It's highly addicting though, but a wealth of info.

I have heard good things about CLomid. But if you are looking for a natural supplement, try Red Clover Blossom tea, and Vitex. I used Vitex for 3 weeks....and now I am 6 days late, after a MC and ttc for the past 4 months........GOOD LUCK!

After sex, lay on your back with a pillow under your bottom and your legs up the wall for about 15 mins. Sounds really stupid but it can help, apparently it stops the sperm coming out of you as quick so its got a head start at getting where it needs to go.

Good Luck, hope it works for you!
