Spencer is a total jerk!!! He is constantly forcing Heidi to choose between him and Lauren. (In my book, anyone who forces a choice is the one who is going to lose out!) Heidi is too stupid to realize what a manipulator he is. Lauren knows the real deal.

If you saw earlier episodes, you would see that he's a huge jack***. He was dating Heidi and Audrina at the same time and he is always manipulating Heidi. Lauren can see that he's not a good person and that's why she doesn't like him.

because he's a total loser and does not deserve Heidi. He has cheated on Heidi with Audrina, and is forcing her to move in with him when she is not ready.
