Geography does not cause wars. People cause wars. Geography influences which side people are on and how the war progresses.

im not sure about all those accounts since i learned this stuff like three years ago, but i do remember that the top half of the us didnt like slavery and the bottom half needed it. they fought over it and that is how it related to geography
