3- Chief Justis of Pakistan
4- Pakistan Bar Concil
5- Cabnit members of Prime Minister's Cabnit

CJ can't be responsible coz he has been removed 4m office.
Paki Bar Council is just opposing the CJ removing 4m job.
PM can't he has not given more power in constituion.
So only left is The President.
