it all depends in diverse factors, but really it comes to you,
and the attention level that you show no matter the subject,
however there are different types of intelligence and forms
of substrate knowledge, how ever you need to possibly
to study or re-study everything again , focus and attention
and retention are most important too!

Well, according to the experts in the field, you can't. It's all in the genes and they determine how high a level you will inherit according to what's been past down to you. What you do increase is your cerebral performance given that you have sufficient exposure to the appropriate stimuli in your environment. But, that can't get any higher than your IQ level.
Personally, I have a different perspective on this. A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since the actual IQ tests used were designed and standardized, about 70 to 80 years ago !! (Believe it or not - that long ago.) My perspective, while definitely not 'scientific', has been formed in nearly 30 years of teaching and what I have observed in my students. A very large percentage of the higher IQ students don't do as well as the average ones. There are any number of reasons that might explain this. They find the work boring and pointless. They find it difficult to settle into mainstream classroom environment etc. etc.
I have come up with two conclusions about this situation and both may well explain the poor performance of many high IQ students:
a) the standard classroom is inappropriate for their needs and fails to challenge them in a way that will hold their interest;
b) Maybe IQ is too abstract a word to fully describe 'intelligence'. Is our concept of IQ valid and reliable? In other words, is it a true reflection of what really does happen in the real world among real people or is it a empirical nonsense? What if the brain was just like a muscle ? If we strengthen a muscle and give it the best possible training and nutrition, it's performance is certainly enhanced.
So, perhaps your question could be instead : 'How can I increase my ability?' Then the focus is less about what can't be changed, i.e. IQ but what can be : study skills, teaching methods, exam techiques, etc. etc. all designed, drug-free to enhance performance.

Study for the test!
IQ tests are fairly predictable and if you are familiar with the types of questions you will be asked and have had some time to sort your logic before hand you can do somewhat better on them.
IQ tests really just give a general idea of the person's cognitive abilities in certain areas. It can tell them if you have a major mental deficit or if you are a genius but there is no exact measure of intelligence. In fact they can't even agree on what intelligence is. Someone who appears very smart in one sense may be lacking in others.
The brain is a dynamic thing though and the more you use it the better it will work.

IQ tests just a small part of the intelligence spectrum. Go find some IQ tests and see what's on them. Then you can practice the types of problem solving questions they throw at you. Practice and more practice makes for improvement. Remember, it's only one type of intelligence. Lots of people with high IQs are really stupid in other areas of life. So don't stop there.

Lie about your age.
I.Q. test results are multiplied on a sliding scale relative to age. If you and another answer tests exactly the younger will have the higher IQ

all of this reading business is ridiculous. you can't! you can not. your iq measures the amount of knowledge that it is possible for you to hold. now that doesn't mean that you can be smarter or more knowledgeable than someone with a high iq. just because someone's iq is high, it doesn't mean they're using it. reading a lot WILL help your vocabulary and grammar... etc.... but there's nothing you can do to increase your iq. just use what you have to the fullest!
