im 14 and the guy that i like is 16... he is graduating from high school on march 26!hes really good at sports... he is part of the swim team.. and a 1st degree black belt...
he asked me out just this afternoon

Well here is a question for you.. since he is graduating will you see him afterwards, is he going to go to college? If so how often will you see him then. Is it worth all the trouble of falling for him.. if he will not be around. Just a few things to think about before you say yes to the date. Good luck.

My 14 year old daughter had a similar situation. She determined, on her own, that it was "foolish to start something that obviously could not end on a positive note," (Meaning: A breakup was inevitable ---I mean, the odds were pretty clear that this was not going to be the man she would marry, even some day).
So, as eager as you may be to have a boyfriend and enjoy all the things that might go with that just remember that having a boyfriend carries with it a lot of burden and responsiblity and emotional commitment that can sometimes distract you from what is most important right now, like... Your education and the foundation you are building in order to get into a good college.
Hang in there dear. Just focus on yourself and then one day you will have even more to share with the "man of your dreams."

DO IT! It's hard to find two people that 1) actually like each other, and 2) actually tell each other that they like each other.
Take advantage of the situation. You'll kick yourself in the future if you don't. (This holds true for anything in life).

I wouldn't see why not. It's not illegal because he is not over the age of 18. If you like him, then see what happens. :)
