I have a mail account at one of the ISP's and recently the messages sent to me don't reach my inbox, why?

I am using outlook express to get my mail from the ISP, and now he's saying that the domain sending me these mails are on his spam list, although these domains are sending messages to others, and to my Yahoo mail account, and I receive them alright, what seems to be wrong?

Check the subject matter and delete all spam.

Call your ISP.
