I am not a pernanent resident of Singapore and I am not a Citizen,but i just started work in Singapore.What do I require to open a bank account and which banks are Customer friendly?

All banks are customer friendly. You main consideration should be a bank where its convenient for you to visit; either within your work place or home. Bring along your Employment Pass or Work Permit, passport, employment letter and your ID with your photo. The bank will do the rest.
