the diffrence is nokia is user friendly
and sony is complicated for new users
other wise sony will be the best

Sony stuff breaks easier.
If you're buyin a cell phone, Nokia doesn't always look attractive, but their cellular equipment is far better.
When I used to work in the past for AT&T wireless, I saw far many more people buying the sony phones for looks, but always had a ton of returns because people were unhappy with reception, poor signal strenth, and poor batter life.
Those who purchased Nokia phones barely ever brought them back unless they were more concerned about looks.
I've also owned both a Sony T616 and a Nokia 6820. The Sony gave me many of the problems listed above by the third month. The Nokia 6820, though an old phone, is still kicking three years larter!
If you ask me though, Nokia makes a much better cell phone. It may not look as pretty, but I would rather invest my money in a good product rather than a really great looking lemon.

Nokia is currently the no1 best phone company in the world & sony erricson is the 2nd best. Sony erricson is mobile company which belongs to the owner of sony. Both these mobile companies make phones in differnet parts of the world in order to keep their cost down.
The major difference between nokia and sony errcson is that sony erricson phones are the best muzic phones( the walkman phones) in the market. Where as nokia phones are generally good in all aspects but always the second in muzic.
Flip phones and walkman phones which are created by sony erricson are the best ones.
I gotta tell u that sony erricson software is more complicated than nokia which makes it difficult for a new user to use.

Nokia makes good cellphones.
Sony makes terrible cellphones. They don't break so easily, but the menu and keys are so hard to use.
You have to actually read the manual to find things like volume control. LOL
Go with Samsung, Motorola, or Nokia.
If you buy a Sony, you have to use their stuff such as memory card, DVDs, etc...

sony is cheaper japanese product which can afford best features at cheaprates and nokia is a standard consumers product with stylish models

i love Nokia but for some reason Sony has better designs and also lasts longer and there designs are timeless.

Both make many different phones, so you can't really compare the two. Depends on which models you're considering.
