Sharks are aggressive fish, and so it's entirely likely that they'll notice the fry sooner or later, and make a meal out of them. The best thing you can offer the babies is to either move them to another tank until they're adult enough to go back, or add in some floating cover for them to shelter in.

On the positive side, guppies are fabulous breeders. You'll likely find a new batch of babies soon enough -- they can outbreed their tank if you're not careful!

I've seen plecos be aggressive toward other fish, but then again I've seen them ignore the whole world to do their thing. No telling how they view the smallest additions to the tank.

there is always a chance big fish eat little fish that's the way it is.if a fish can fit another in it's mouth it's food. keep the other fish fed.and you can help the guppies out by adding some floating plants to the top of the tank to hide in.

Even if they are not being eaten right now, it is because they may be small enough to slip by unnoticed. But as they grow they will still be too small and get gobbled up by the other and more aggressive fish. You should pull them out, and also make sure your filter is not too powerful and can't suck the babies up or prevent them from being able to swim. Good Luck.

If you have fish who have mouths big enough for a guppy to fit in then yes. Baby guppies don't even have a chance unless you have a separate cage in the tank for them.

10 days is an excellent indicator that the other fish are not seeing them as a food source. Continue to keep everyone well fed and you will probably be ok.
