Wow, big surprise... a bunch of answers filled with stereotypical crap about Gypsies! I have, of course, never seen THAT before.
Very original, guys.
Do I have to say it again... most of us are honest, hard working people. Theivery is not any more prevalent in us than with others.
I do not know how much most Gypsies tip but I tip pretty good. That way, when I return to an establishment, I get good service.

Have you seen their tips. Old iron, concrete, old fridges, a clapped out caravan,piles of general rubbish an human excrement in the bushes. Not the sort of tip I would be looking for. If they were to tidy up after themselves and take their rubbish to the local amenity site before they left perhaps they would be better received at the places they visit, but I expect that is asking too much of them. Their bad reputation has been created by themselves. There may be exceptions to the rule but they are few and far between.

I don't understand it. I love those pretty caravans, the cheerful music, the weskits & red spotted hankies round the neck...they clear up roadkill (yum, roast hedge-pig) and it's always a lucky day with their heather, then they leave a tip as a 'thankyou for having us' when they go. I love 'em. Maybe it's the camp fires? Some people are still a bit funny about gays.

Ha ha - it's not tips as in money but they leave the place in a tip... Apparently they go to the toilet on the ground and leave it there when they move on - as well as lots of other stuff - and the poor Council workers have to clear it all up!

The ones that come thru here stay at camp grounds and use the facilities like everyone else...but they shoplift and rip-off people with home repairs so there you are!
