Personally I always tell the truth but don't always add all the details. I am pretty dumb sometimes and I don't want everyone to know that!

I never lie about my answers, but I do periodically answer questions I don't immediately know anything about. That's the beauty of the Internet--a bit of quick research can yield a wealth of hidden information, provided you're tactful about which sources you use.
I've found that answering questions is actually a great way to improve my own knowledge about subjects.

Me too,I am the same as you i have no need to fib and nothing to gain,But sometimes i leave out a few details as the page is not big enough for my life story,I can be a bit of a airhead and a bit of a girl but i always try to tell the truth..

Since I first knew everything I had written was in my files, I have kept private things to myself. I never lie, period. I skip questions that are too personal. Sometimes I even get through with one and delete at the bottom of my answer because I get a funny feeling about the asker. I play it pretty close to my pocket.

No, I don't fib. Sometimes I answer with humor, but you can usually tell when I'm trying to be funny versus when I'm serious.
