Because a rigged election is a tool of an economic hit man.Truthfully I don't think Kerry would have done a good job either. People in general put to much emphasis on democrat or republican,it doesn't really matter that much. All parties are just as corrupt as the next.

Because people prefer to stay with the enemy they know rather then go for change which could make things worse then they are already. He is in the middle of a conflict as well with Iraq and it would not be very clever to remove an administration when they are in the middle of something as big as what is going on with Iraq / Iran.
Also because although a lot of people do criticise him, he is extremely popular among certain groups of people who support the war and also some of his domestic policies have been very good even though his worldwide policies have been controversial.

You must be mistaken... there was never an election.
There were complaints regarding obstacles to voter registration, improper purges of voter lists, voter suppression, accuracy and reliability of voting machines (especially electronic voting), problems with absentee and provisional ballots, areas with more votes than signatures of voters in election poll books, areas with more votes than registered voters, and possible partisan interference by voting machine companies and election officials.
Although a recount was conducted in Ohio, many of the alleged improprieties (such as long lines or tampering) could not be addressed in a recount.
I recommend watching this: http://www.bushflash.com/gta.html to better understand . . .

Could the answer be that the Democrats don't know how to pick a decent candidate. If you had then Bush wouldn't have been President. It may even go down that same road in 2008.

He was never elected, not even once...
the first Bush 'victory' was the result of a stacked Supreme Court upholding that the recount be stopped in Florida (recount was stopped by a group of thugs hired by Tom DeLay, many of them from outside the state of Florida, who bullied, harrassed, and intimidated election officials to stop the recount. Evidence suggests that Al Gore carried that crucial state in 2000)
In 2004 there was massive election fraud, most notably in Ohio. (Not only did the CEO of Diebold Inc., supplier of unauditable, paperless, voting machines in that state declare that he "was committed to ensuring a Bush victory" in the swing state of Ohio, but so did the appointed (not elected) Republican head of elections in that state, Kenneth Blackwell, who ensured that there would be an inadequate supply of voting polls in predominantly Democrat voting districts. A long list of other documented fraud in a concerted campaign to thwart democracy in America in 2004 is listed here:

Because it was fixed that he should be in office. You don't need a puppet to run the country but the puppet masters hence the men in the background. Remember, since he's been in power, he has wanted to go to war with just about everyone and has called everyone a terrorist except for himself.
