With the Correct cabling-YES!
My Connections are DVi to HDMI, so i can enjoy full 1080p High Definition from My Mac!

Need to discover what your Connections are -Then you can Hook it up!

Yes. If your computer already has a TV tuner card it's just a matter of cables, if not you need some extra gear. Go to TigerDirect.com and check out their goodies. I don't work for them it's just that they are the only place I know of where techno freaks like myself can find stuff we want,(also their sister site Globalcomputers.com, for those of you that live in the north-east, it might save on shipping).

Yes you can if you are recording Tv on your computer, you can use various recording software, I personally use Nero 7, which is a Great bit of authoring software!
