Union is bad. Do some research. Take a new car for example. Look at the purchase price and try to find out where all those dollars go. The dealer really does not make much. Most of the money goes back to The MFG. G.M. Ford etc. Because the Autoworkers union has pushed wages and benefits so high.

Non-union. Management in a company should have the right and responsibility to determine who works and for what wages.
Unions do not do anything for productivity or sales.
