I've seen a few around Robinson's Place Manila...but concerning the price I'm not sure. But I don't think you would have a hard time finding a good one to stay in

You can try out City Garden Suites or Lotus Garden Hotel. Both are located near Robinson's Manila, just a few meters away actually. And they're both very affordable. You can visit their websites for more info. You can reserve a room online too.

Robinson in Edsa has its own apartel, I am not sure if Manila has!
