The whole situation with suspensions really sucks.

yes, its a flawed system, enabling the small minded to win over the regular good users. Something should be done, it was supposed to be more difficult to get someone suspended now but the lack of familiar "faces" proves otherwise

yes it does...with everyone having to start over, unless you know them or their style of asking/answering, it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. The whole system needs to be revamped and fast.
