See your obgyn, and they will listen for the heartbeat, or do an ultrasound.
It sounds as if you have had a miscarriage.....
The obgyn might schedule a "d&c" (dilation and curettage), so no pieces of the miscarriage are left inside to cause infection.
The d&c is done while asleep, and I would highly recommend you choose that procedure instead of having the miscarriage at home, or instead of letting the clinic abort a baby that has already died.
(a d&c/miscarriage is a much better experience than abortion....believe me)

Check with a doctor first...with any miscarriage there is always the chance that a portion of the birth remains thus removal is required by a medical professional and at least a day or two bed rest or taking it easy is recommended to ensure there will be no excessive bleeding.

Go to the doctors/a & e just now because if you have had a miscarriage they need to check that it was complete or you might need a D & C (a clean out of your womb). If this isnt sorted you could pick up an infection and this could cause infertility or for you to become very ill.
It could also be an etopic pregnancy and this could be fatal if left undetected

OK despite the name I'll assume this is a genuine question. cramps and bleeding seem to suggest a miscarriage, I'd get to the doctor asap and get it checked out.

Get to a hospital now, if this is a miscarriage you need help, its not only the baby that has died your open to infection etc etc. Don't put this off just because you dont really want the baby, you need to be sure so your not damaging yourself.

See the doctor is better. If you have a miscarriage, then it is a different problem. It can even be dangerous.

Cancel your appointment explaining what is happening. ANd schedule an appointment with your gyne right away. You need to make sure your misscarraige is a clean break. Otherwise you can get infection and when you do want kids you won't be able to have them.

I would still attend your appointment, they will be able to tell you if you miscarried or if you should continue on with the abortion.
