One company I have personally worked with is the Freeman Training group. This is a train the trainer type of company. They take every aspect of your company and develop a training program for team leaders to use in order to train new employees and retrain current employee's . This company works with hospitality and casino industry. They give you example as to how to word certain job tasks. Once they get your information from each job task description they will develop a manual that can be updated in the future. Then they go through every level of management and give them a training course as to how to train in easy to follow step, that require the learning team member to answers questions and be an active participant instead of the traditional sit down and shut up techniques. I am doing research on this topic as well however I have not looked up the Freeman Training group yet. I hope that helps.
