miscarried 4 weeks ago, didnt have a d&c, everything let itself out.. i was 5 1/2 weeks along.. today its the 33rd day since the miscarriage and still no periods! when shall i expect them to return?

i think sometimes it takes one whole cycle for everything to come back, but if you have been having sex then you dont be shocked if you find out you are pregnant again. i would check you your Dr just incase.

This might sound crazy,but youcould be pregnant again if you didnt start using contraception straight after your miscarriage as you are most fertile then.
So sorry about your loss it happend to me this exact time last year although i didnt know i was pregnant untill it happend and a doctor confirmed that i had miscarried and like yourself everything had let its self out.
Leave it a week or so and if no period comes take a test to makesure.

Every womans body is different, i can go 6 weeks with out one then get them every 4 weeks regular, if your at all worrid then go see your gp.Good luck.

after an experiance like that it can take a while trust me my friend had one misscarriage and its been a year and a half since it finally returned

it took 7 weeks for my period to return after i had my m/c
