You do not want to take a bike to test on that you are not able to operate according to the provisions of your license. I would presume that you not only would not be allowed to test on the bike, you could face a penalty of some sort, like a citation or seizure of the motorcycle.
Generally, you should position yourself on the half of the lane closest to the center. I have to agree with others though on the question regarding how to turn a bike on the road. If you have been operating on a provisional license and have not determined how to turn then you should do some more practice before taking your test, if you can't turn, you likely won't pass.
Normally, a tester will look over your motorcycle prior to the test to determine that all your safety equipment works, ie. turn signals, brake lights, etc. If the neutral light on your dash mount stays on that should not be an issue.

you can only ride a motorcycle up to 50cc if you are 17 and 125cc at age 17+ on a provisional licence, both of these will need a CBT certificate. You can take your full bike test on a 125cc but you are restricted to 33brake horsepower or a 500cc and you can ride anything you like but you will need a full licence to do this. As you are breaking the law i would take my test asap as you could lose your licence before you get it. The position you should hold on the road is just left of the centre of you lane not near the kerb as this can cause an accident. To turn the bike round in the road you need the bars on full lock look at the point where you would like to end up and try dragging the back brake so you don't go to fast.

I read your Q with much interest and of the answers given, all of which are very true
You are a road danger to other users and I can only add that if you are in Ireland then that will save me from meeting you on the road. Assuming that you are on the roads and not the pavement
It can be dangerous enough without fools like you on the public road
If you really want to ride and pass get a local riding instructor to give you some much needed hours before your test and if you are serious about riding you can get through. Either way you must do it safely and I am afraid that you are not doing just that
I can answer your Q and correctly but I choose not to as I think it will be wasted
Get some professional tuition and learn to ride properly and safe

If you turn up for your test on a bike which you are not licensed for, your tester will not take you out. This is a good thing as far as you're concerned. If your question is for real, you should not be allowed anywhere near a public highway.

If you wish to ride a motor bike, you must have done your CBT. If you have passed your CBT you are able to ride a bike up to 250CC. If you are riding a 650CC motorbike without a full licence then you are breaking the law.

You're not going to pass. I doubt if you'd be allowed to take the test. Sounds like you haven't had any lessons either. Stop now, people like you are pushing insurance premiums up for the rest of us (do you even have insurance? I don't think so), not to mention accident statistics.

If you do not know the answers to those questions, then you are not ready to take your test. No offense but those are the basics of motorcycle driving.
